Guangzhou Auto Show | Featuring 25 models, Volkswagen presents smart connected cars for everyone.

As a multinational automotive company that has been deeply rooted in the Chinese market for 40 years, Volkswagen is striving to innovate its brand in the face of the booming new energy wave in China's automotive sector, further implementing its strategy of "In China, for China."

At the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show, Volkswagen showcased 25 models, including the ID. CODE concept car, the all-new Tayron L, the Passat Pro, and the ID. Zhong, highlighting its commitment to advancing into the era of intelligent connected mobility.

Among these, classic fuel models like the all-new Tayron L and Passat Pro feature a younger design aesthetic, representing the trend in Volkswagen's fuel vehicle styling. They embrace a fresher and sportier fashion that appeals to a new generation of users. Additionally, both models have undergone a complete transformation in their smart experience, featuring a trio of interactive screens: a 15-inch smart suspended display, an 11.6-inch passenger entertainment screen, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel. With the support of the 8155 chip, the vehicle's system delivers a seamlessly smooth operational experience, fully meeting Chinese users' demands for digital functionality.

In addition, the partnership with DJI for the L2+ level driver assistance system, along with the IQ. Pilot intelligent driving assistance developed specifically for China's complex road conditions, showcases Volkswagen's determination to rapidly catch up in the realm of intelligent driving.

Furthermore, the ID. CODE concept car, representing Volkswagen's vision for the future of mobility in the Chinese market and infused with exclusive Chinese DNA, embodies bolder and more imaginative designs from the joint German-Chinese team. These innovative elements signify the evolutionary direction of future Volkswagen joint venture models.

It is reported that by 2030, Volkswagen plans to launch over 30 new models. Whether through more intelligent and efficient fuel vehicles or by advancing toward a more connected and intelligent future, this brand, which has been a part of China for 40 years, is rapidly progressing toward the next 40 years.
