On November 24, the inaugural launch event for the Hongqi Jinkuihua Guoya region took place at the Bund in Shanghai.
It was introduced that the Hongqi Jinkuihua brand boasts a rich history. The brand logo first appeared on the leader's vehicle in 1965, establishing Hongqi Jinkuihua's status as a national car brand.
Hu Shaohang, General Manager of the Hongqi Jinkuihua Marketing Division at China FAW, stated that from the perspective of the attributes of a national car, it possesses a deeper cultural heritage and broader brand philosophy compared to other ultra-luxury car brands.
Shanghai is the first stop for the Hongqi Jinkuihua Guoya region launch, partly because it is the starting point of the "red journey," marking the beginning of a century-long quest that altered the destiny of the Chinese nation. From here, the brand expresses its commitment to inheriting the national car genes, following the path of the red starting point towards a golden future. Additionally, the city’s spirit of openness, inclusivity, innovation, and pioneering aligns perfectly with the values promoted by the Hongqi Jinkuihua brand.
In addition to its long history, Guoya features top-notch design and exquisite craftsmanship. Several recipients of the National May Day Labor Medal, with their extensive experience and meticulous work ethic, have infused craftsmanship into Guoya. Collaborations with inheritors of China's intangible cultural heritage have enriched Guoya with cultural resonance and addressed the diverse needs of users through high-end customization.
As one of the first experience vehicle owners for Hongqi Jinkuihua, world-renowned pianist Lang Lang performed four pieces on-site. He expressed that these pieces conveyed his feelings about Guoya—elegant and dignified, infused with Eastern charm, soothing rhythms, and passionate exuberance, nearly fulfilling all criteria for an ultra-luxury vehicle.
Furthermore, user experience was a focal point of this event. Participants in test drives journeyed through the bustling streets of the Bund, surrounded by vibrancy and noise outside, while enjoying tranquility and elegance inside the vehicle.
Reportedly, Guoya employs a luxurious acoustic package that incorporates over 100 body soundproofing solutions and dual active noise cancellation technology, creating a unique Chinese landscape ambiance and an incredibly tranquil space.
