
On November 8th, SAIC Roewe unveiled two new vehicles: the iMAX8 DMH New Luxgen and the D7 DMH World Champion Edition.
Among them, the Roewe iMAX8 DMH New Luxgen was launched in three models, with an official retail price range of 199,900 to 249,900 yuan; the Roewe D7 DMH World Champion Edition also has three models, with a price range of 123,800 to 143,800 yuan.
Reportedly, the Roewe iMAX8 DMH New Luxgen is crafted by the original team behind the Buick GL8, featuring a tested range of 1,536 km and a CLTC fuel consumption of 4.71 L/100km when running low on power. It boasts the most spacious interior in its class, offering a first-class passenger experience with thoughtful designs such as a 395 mm ultra-low floor height and tri-zone independent automatic climate control, truly achieving equity across all zones. This vehicle also possesses class-leading safety features, backed by a comprehensive suite of active and passive safety systems and 5 million kilometers of rigorous real-world testing.

Aiming for the title of “The Most Fuel-Efficient Hybrid B-Class Car in the World,” the Roewe D7 DMH World Champion Edition has set a new Guinness World Record by achieving a range of 2,208.719 km and an average fuel consumption of 2.49 L/100km.

Additionally, SAIC Roewe presented its new DMH Super Hybrid System technology route and strategic planning. As a result of over a decade of research and development in hybrid technology, the DMH Super Hybrid System features several innovative technologies, including the industry's first "Energy Domain" full-spectrum thermal management system, the powertrain brain PICU, and a coaxial structure of the engine and P1 motor. This hybrid system, centered around software algorithms, is tailored with specialized high-efficiency engines, transmissions, and long-range batteries, achieving optimal solutions for hybrid power through a combination of hardware and software.
