In 1984, the first batch of Changan small cars rolled off the assembly line in China, marking the beginning of the Changan Automobile story. 40 years later, Changan Automobile is striving to achieve annual sales of 3 million vehicles.
On December 29, with the theme of "40 Years of Changan Together", Changan Automobile held the 2025 Changan Automobile Global Partner Conference in Chongqing and announced the "3311" full-year target for 2025, namely to achieve total sales of 3 million vehicles, revenue of 300 billion yuan, 1 million new energy vehicles and 1 million overseas vehicles in 2025.

"We must continue to compete in the future. Otherwise, we will have to compete." Zhu Huarong, chairman of Changan Automobile, said that by 2030, the company will achieve overall sales of 5 million vehicles, 3.5 million new energy vehicles, and 30% of overseas sales.
To achieve this goal, Changan will take the "2345" action plan. "2" refers to two major changes, namely supply change and marketing service change as the driving force; "3" refers to three cores, namely new energy, digitalization and key technologies; "4" refers to four relationships, namely maintaining good relationships with supply partners, marketing partners, service partners and customer partners; "5" refers to five major markets, working together to coordinate the layout of five major regional markets.
"In 2024, Changan's strategic transformation path will be clearer, structural adjustments will continue to be optimized, and operating quality will continue to improve." Wang Jun, President of Changan Automobile, revealed at the meeting that Changan's sales in 2024 are expected to reach 2.683 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 5.1%. Among them, sales of independent brands will reach 2.231 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 6.3%; sales of new energy vehicles will reach 733,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 52.4%; and overseas sales will reach 530,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 47.9%.
In 2017, Changan Automobile launched its third entrepreneurship plan, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Plan, and made every effort to promote the implementation of new energy and intelligent technology. Changan Automobile has gradually developed into one of the leaders of China's automobile companies. Looking to the future, Changan Automobile said that it will maintain the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship and continue to optimize the third entrepreneurship plan.
The 2025 goal of "3311" is the innovative entrepreneurship plan iterated to version 8.0. At the same time, Changan Automobile expects that the number of users will exceed 28 million in 2025 and stride towards 30 million.
