
In just three months, Zeekr and Lynk & Co announced the completion of the equity transfer, and Zeekr Technology Group was officially established.
On February 14, Zeekr Intelligent Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (ZK.US) and Geely Automobile Holdings Co., Ltd. (0175.HK) respectively issued announcements, announcing that Zeekr had completed the acquisition and capital injection of Lynk & Co. Lynk & Co. became a non-wholly owned subsidiary of Zeekr, with 51% of its equity belonging to Zeekr and 49% to Geely Automobile.
In terms of time, the completion of this equity transfer is exactly three months away from the announcement of Zeekr Lynk & Co's strategic integration on November 14, 2024.
On the same day, An Conghui, CEO of Zeekr Technology Group, emphasized that Zeekr Technology Group will resolutely implement the dual-brand strategy of "Zeekr Auto + Lynk & Co Auto", implement an organizational operation model driven by dual brands and a strong product line matrix, comprehensively integrate the manufacturing system, supply chain and other mid- and back-end organizations as well as overseas organizations, and empower through AI to build a more competitive integrated strong alliance. At the same time, the two parties established a unified management system and started a new round of internal management reforms from four aspects, including: product R&D collaboration, manufacturing system innovation, user operation upgrade, and intelligent system breakthrough. Product R&D collaboration is expected to increase efficiency by more than 15%, and the integrated management of "big manufacturing + big quality" is expected to increase efficiency by more than 20%. AI will drive qualitative changes in enterprise management, achieve an increase of more than 20% in overall enterprise operating efficiency, and truly realize data-driven intelligent enterprise transformation.
He also revealed that Zeekr's self-developed L3 autonomous driving will soon be officially launched, and the new car equipped with related technology will be unveiled during the Shanghai Auto Show in April, and it is expected to be able to deliver mass-produced cars by the end of the year.
In the second quarter of 2025, Lynk & Co's first flagship large six-seater SUV, Lynk & Co 900, will be officially launched as the world's first mass-produced model equipped with NVIDIA Thor chip. It will also be equipped with self-developed Haohan Intelligent Driving, bringing a new breakthrough in intelligent driving experience.
In 2025, Zeekr Technology Group will release five new products, strengthen global market expansion, and focus on three innovation priorities: super electric hybrid, full-chain AI, and full-domain safety. It plans to achieve an annual sales target of 710,000 units, a year-on-year growth of 40%, including 390,000 units for Lynk & Co and 320,000 units for Zeekr.
Zeekr Technology Group will also maximize the integration synergy effect and continue to reduce costs and increase efficiency through collaborative product development, sharing of key platform technologies such as vehicle architecture, electronic and electrical architecture, intelligent driving, and intelligent cockpit, as well as large-scale manufacturing effects and improved organizational management efficiency. Future new products will be developed in a platform-based mode of "full-stack self-developed software and hardware, all high-end" to achieve efficient collaboration on the intelligent driving route.
At present, the global user scale of Zeekr Technology Group has exceeded 1.8 million. In the next two years, Zeekr Technology Group will strive to grow into a world-leading high-end luxury new energy vehicle group with annual sales of millions.
