Xpeng Motors, which regained the sales crown in the first two months of 2025, suddenly made great strides.
On February 28, Xiaopeng Motors launched the 2025 G6. As its flagship product in the mid-to-high-end SUV field, this pure electric coupe SUV, known as the "hexagonal warrior", entered the market with a completely new attitude, and is expected to boost sales and consolidate its position in the industry.

The new car aims to "leapfrog the generation" and has achieved up to 81 upgrades in appearance, interior and configuration. In terms of design, the front face adopts a combination of Galaxy Light Wing through-lights and split headlights, with a new spoiler and "small duck tail" shape at the rear, which optimizes aerodynamics while strengthening the dynamic aesthetics of the coupe SUV. Among the six body colors, the dark night black "Black Warrior" paint further caters to the personalized needs of young users through details such as smoked wheels and calipers.
In terms of interior, the new car comes standard with a 10.25-inch LCD instrument, a 15.6-inch floating central control screen and a 9-inch streaming media rearview mirror, matched with galaxy rhythmic ambient lights and colors such as deep space gray and Fuyao green, creating a cabin atmosphere that combines a sense of technology and luxury.
In terms of comfort configuration, the front seats are equipped with acupressure-level massage function, and the rear backrests support 12 levels of angle adjustment.

On the technical level, the Turing AI intelligent driving system and 5C super-charged AI battery, which are standard on the entire series, are the core highlights. The former realizes high-level autonomous driving capabilities based on a pure visual solution, while the latter supports ultra-fast energy replenishment that is "faster than a mobile phone". Combined with the full-domain 800V high-voltage platform and CIB battery-body integration technology, it consolidates Xiaopeng's leading position in the fields of intelligence and electrification.
The launch of the 2025 G6 coincides with the key node of the strong rebound in sales of Xiaopeng Motors. In 2024, Xiaopeng's annual delivery volume exceeded 190,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 34.2%, of which 91,500 vehicles were delivered in the fourth quarter, a record high. In January and February 2025, the brand topped the list of new forces with monthly sales of over 30,000 vehicles. The main models are MONA 03 (monthly sales of 15,000 vehicles) and the modified P7+ (monthly sales of over 10,000 vehicles). The sales of G6 in the same period were nearly 3,000 units. The upgrade of G6 this time is not only a defensive move to deal with the squeeze of competing products such as Tesla Model Y and Zeekr 7X, but also a proactive attack by Xiaopeng to seize the 250,000-level SUV market.
