As a symbol of the Porsche brand, on May 28, the iconic 911 sports car ushered in a major breakthrough in the history of the model - the new 911 Carrera GTS was launched globally. It is the first 911 model equipped with an ultra-lightweight, high-performance Soul Motion system and can be legally driven on the road.

It is reported that the innovative T-Hybrid high-performance hybrid system is inspired by high-performance racing sports. Its core is a newly developed 3.6-liter horizontally opposed engine equipped with a newly developed electric exhaust gas turbocharger, which can greatly improve driving performance. The 911 Carrera GTS Coupé accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.0 seconds and has a maximum speed of 312 km/h.
Porsche brand ambassador Jörg Bergmeister drove the 911 Carrera GTS around the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 7:16.934 minutes, which is 8.7 seconds faster than the corresponding version of the predecessor model.
The new 911 Carrera is also being introduced, with a slightly modified 3.0-litre twin-turbo boxer engine that outperforms the previous model. The new 911 Carrera is now equipped with the turbochargers that were previously limited to the GTS models. With these modifications, Porsche has been able to reduce emissions while also increasing power to 290 kW (394 PS), with maximum torque now at 50 Nm. The new 911 Carrera Coupé accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds (3.9 seconds with the Sport Chrono package) and reaches a top speed of 294 km/h, 0.1 seconds and 1 km/h faster than the previous model.

The newly released new 911 features an optimized exterior design, better aerodynamic performance, a brand-new interior, and greatly expanded standard configuration to enrich the driving experience.
Porsche has streamlined the 911's exterior with a number of changes. Most of the updates improve the sports car's aerodynamics and performance. They include new model-specific bumpers. Porsche has also for the first time integrated all lighting functions into the 911's now standard LED headlights with matrix beam and Porsche's characteristic four-point design. This made it possible to dispense with the front running lights and created space for larger cooling vents at the front of the vehicle.

On the 911 Carrera GTS models, the front section features five vertically arranged active cooling air deflectors that are visible from the outside, plus a concealed deflector on each side. For the first time, the 911 is equipped with an adaptive front diffuser on the underbody, which is controlled together with the cooling air deflectors. These elements direct the airflow as required: When power demand is minimal, the deflectors are closed to optimise aerodynamics. When power demand is high, such as on the racetrack, the deflectors direct large volumes of air to the vehicle's radiators. The sensors for the assistance systems are now integrated behind a high-gloss surface below the license plate.

The redesigned through-type taillights and the "PORSCHE" lettering are integrated, making the rear of the 911 appear wider and deeper. The redesigned rear grille has five fins on each side extending to the rear window, forming an overall pattern that gradually merges into the retractable spoiler below. The license plate is positioned higher and the rear bumper has a clear structure. The model-specific standard sports exhaust system is elegantly integrated into the eye-catching diffuser fins.

The Porsche Driver Experience control concept focuses on driver-centricity and intuitive and fast operation. The basic control elements are arranged directly on or around the steering wheel. These include the standard driving mode switch knob, the modified driver assistance control lever and the start button that appears for the first time in a 911 model, located on the left side of the steering wheel. In the center console storage box of the new 911, there is a cooled smartphone storage box with inductive charging function.
At the same time, the 911 is equipped for the first time with a fully digital instrument cluster similar to sister models such as the Taycan and Cayenne. The 12.6-inch curved display is elegantly integrated into the new control and display concept and supports many custom functions. The display provides up to seven views, including an exclusive classic screen, whose design is inspired by Porsche's traditional five-meter design with a central tachometer.

In addition, the new car will also offer richer standard configuration, including leather interior, Sport Chrono package and sports exhaust system to meet the authentic Porsche driving experience.

As a classic car series that carries the essence of the Porsche brand, the 911 has always represented unique design, cutting-edge technology and the ultimate sporty driving experience, redefining the standards of the luxury sports car market. This time, with the addition of hybrid models, the 911 has once again reached a milestone in technological innovation, and has taken sports car performance to a new level.
