
At the 8th China International Import Expo, Nissan Motor not only showcased its intelligent and diversified product portfolio, but also announced the official establishment of Nissan Import & Export (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., demonstrating its commitment to long-term investment in the Chinese market by taking concrete actions to deepen its "In China, For China, To the World" strategy.
On November 6, Nissan held a ceremony to unveil its joint venture at the China International Import Expo. It is reported that this is the first joint venture vehicle import and export company established in China by a foreign automaker. The joint venture is funded by Nissan (China) and Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. with an investment of RMB 1 billion, with the two parties holding 60% and 40% of the shares respectively.

In the face of this opportunity, Nissan China will build cars for Chinese consumers at "China speed" and connect with the world with a broader vision to build cars for consumers worldwide.

According to reports, the first batch of export models, the N7 and the Frontier Pro PHEV, will hit the global market in the coming months. These two vehicles were also showcased at the China International Import Expo (CIIE). The N7, Dongfeng Nissan's first pure electric sedan under its new energy vehicle architecture, focuses on the core needs of family users; the Frontier Pro PHEV is the first pickup truck designed, developed, produced, and exported globally in China, and has officially begun pre-sales. In addition, Nissan also showcased the N6, the world's first plug-in hybrid sedan featuring a "wind trail aesthetic" and long range for a free and easy travel experience; and the Teana HarmonyOS Cockpit, the world's first gasoline vehicle equipped with Huawei's HarmonyOS system.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of Nissan (China). Leveraging China's well-developed new energy industry chain and Nissan's technological accumulation, Nissan will continue to promote intelligent and diversified development, providing global users with a variety of products including pure electric, plug-in hybrid, and intelligent fuel vehicles, and working with partners to explore a green and intelligent future of mobility.
