On April 23, Weipai brought the new Blue Mountain with a new color, the new Alpine including the welfare version and other models as well as a number of intelligent technologies to the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show.

As Wei's flagship MPV, the new Alpine fully considers the diversified needs of family users in terms of space, intelligence, safety, etc., opening a new era of MPV families. Within 26 hours after the pre-sale started on April 21, the order volume exceeded 8,000 units, of which orders from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Chongqing accounted for more than 51.4%.

In China today, there are 260 million people over the age of 60, but there are almost no products on the market that are truly suitable for the elderly with limited mobility. There are even fewer choices for pre-installed mass-produced welfare vehicles, and they are expensive. At this auto show, Weipai brought a new high-mountain welfare version specially prepared for the elderly or family members with limited mobility. Its second row is equipped with remote-controlled lifting welfare seats, and the seats are made of NAPPA ultra-soft leather. It is also equipped with 3-speed ventilation and heating functions, as well as a folding mechanical footrest to facilitate passengers with limited mobility to get on and off the vehicle.
While paying attention to the travel convenience of special groups, travel safety is always the top priority. As Feng Fuzhi, vice president of Great Wall Motors, said at the press conference: "You only have one life, and there is no room for trial and error."
