As Aion's first global strategic model, the second-generation AION V - Aion Tyrannosaurus was announced to be launched globally on July 23, to prove that Chinese automobile brands have the ability to create automobile products with leading value for consumers around the world.

It is reported that the new car has launched seven configuration versions with three ranges of 520km, 650km and 750km, with a price range of 129,800-189,800 yuan.

Among them, the 189,800 yuan version is equipped with a laser radar. This means that the Aion Tyrannosaurus has become the first model in the industry to reduce the price of a non-image intelligent driving solution equipped with a laser radar to less than 190,000 yuan. It is reported that the new car's intelligent driving capability can also achieve "zero takeover" when passing through old urban areas where people and cars are mixed.

For Aion, the most important label of Tyrannosaurus Rex is that it was developed with the goal of creating a "global new classic" and uses the latest AEP3.0 platform to meet the needs of family users in different regions and cultural backgrounds around the world.

In terms of design, the Aian Tyrannosaurus Rex was created by the Aian Milan design team, which selected the "Tyrannosaurus Rex" elements that are highly recognized worldwide. The Aian Tyrannosaurus Rex is the size of a standard mid-size SUV, with a ground clearance of 180mm, and has a passability comparable to that of a fuel vehicle, making it more suitable for complex road conditions in Southeast Asia and other countries.

In terms of safety, in addition to meeting the five-star design standards of China and Europe, it is also equipped with the only original U-shaped safety airbag design in its class to protect the safety of passengers of different heights and children.

In terms of charging, Aion said it has been committed to pursuing charging as fast as refueling, and has built more than 7,000 1,000V high-voltage DC supercharging piles across the country, far ahead of its peers. Its Southeast Asian charging network has also begun to take shape.
